The spout is sealed using a special seal and a numbered label specific to each brand that is recognized by the Raymaster. The spouts are normally closed thus preventing any liquor from being dispensed without going through the Raymaster and the tops cannot be removed without breaking the seal.The Raymaster Pro has Brand ID for up to 100 brands. This means that the Raymaster can distinguish for example how many Jack Daniels sold rather than just how many well brands The Raymaster control unit is made up of a control unit that is attached to the bar and also a scanner ring that rests in a holding bracket on the bar. To serve a drink the bartender simply inserts the pourer into the ring and lifts the ring off the holding bracket. As the bottle is inverted the ring will open the valve inside the pourer and dispense a preset amount of liquor. Four pour sizes per brand are available. The pour sizes are selected using the S, M, L & SP buttons (Small, Medium, Large, Special) on the Raymaster. Connected To Your Computer: Read and save the counters onto your hard drive and report your sales to what was dispensed using the liquor Manager Software. Up to 100 liquor systems can be monitored by Liquor Manager. Both your liquor system and draft beer meters can be operated from your PC using Draft Manager and Liquor Manager softwares for total control of your liquid assets. Interfaced to a Cash Register Let your POS or cash register do the work. We can interface the Raymaster with a number of our POS products including our Casio cash registers. If the POS is turned off, no liquor can be dispensed. Every drink poured registers automatically. In most cases you don't even have to look at a report, just count the money.
